Replacement Policy

ArmAssault follows a replacement-only policy. We do not offer refunds once an order is delivered.

1. Replacement Eligibility
Replacement is available only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • The wrong product is delivered

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Unboxing proof (if available)

2. Replacement Conditions
Products must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include all accessories

3. Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement will not be provided if:

  • The product is used

  • Damage occurs due to misuse

  • The request is made after 48 hours of delivery

4. Replacement Process
After approval, the replacement product will be shipped within 3–5 business days.

ArmAssault reserves the right to verify replacement claims before approval.

5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.
